Cultural Tour >>3 Nights 4 Days(Kathmandu, Patan & Bhaktapur)
This short amazing tour lets you explore the three major cities {Kathmandu, Patan and Bhadgaun}. Kathmandu is the complex of beautiful temples and shrines, both Hindu and Buddhist. Most of them are built in pagoda style embellished with intricately carved exteriors, epitomize the religious and culture life of people. We visit Swayambhunath, is one of the holiest Buddhist temple in Kathmandu valley, also known as Monkey temple. Pashupatinath is the holiest Hindu temples; you will see Hindu rituals of cremating a corpse. The tour to Boudhanath, the biggest stupa also known as little Tibet epitomizes the Tibetan culture and traditions. Eventually we explore the most beautiful medieval places Bhadgaun and Patan, the city of devotees and city of fine arts respectively.
General Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you will be met and assisted by our representive and transferred to hotel. Welcome dinner with typical Nepali dance in the evening. O/N at BB Plan.

Day 02:
Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu-Patan-the city of fine arts, Swayambunath-one of the oldest Buddhist stupa-Pashupatinath, the holiest Hindu temple famous for cremating the body according to Hindu rituals-Boudhanath, the biggest and one of the holiest stupa. Approximately: - 6 hours. O/N at BB Plan.

Day 03: Half day sightseeing in Bhadgaun also known as Bhaktapur-the city of devotees.

Day 04: Departure to the International airport {our airport representive will come to see you off with transportation}

Detailed Itinerary:


Day 01:-Arrival in Kathmandu
Our airport representative will pick you up at the airport and transfer to Hotel. It is 7km and takes about10 minutes. Then you will be given a notice about the pre-meeting time and the place, where it will take place. The meeting, will be about the itinerary as well as the time to departure for the next day sightseeing. Welcome dinner with Nepali folk dance in the evening.

Day 02:-sightseeing tour in Kathmandu city
We explore the culturally diverse city of Kathmandu with a local guide to ensure you receive the best explanations about the amazing sites seen on the tour. These include, Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath, Swayambunath (Monkey Temple) and Patan Durbar square. It is about 40 Km. approximately:-6 hours.

We take an early breakfast at hotel then ready to explore one of the most exhilarating sightseeing tours in Kathmandu valley. First, we drive to Swayambhunath…

Swayambhunath: It is 3 km away from the west of Kathmandu. Swayambhunath is regarded as one of the oldest Buddhist stupa in the world. It is said to be more than 2000 years old. The temple is also known as Monkey temple, because of the Monkey living around. The stupa is a solid hemisphere of brick and clay, perched on a sacred hilltop is crowded with votive stupa, gilded peacocks, Taras, thunderbolt {Vajra}, Mandalas, Tibetan monasteries and a temple of Harati Ajima and has Lord Buddha’s eyes adorned on all the four sides of the spire base. Swayambhunath also offers a fantastic view of Kathmandu valley.

Then we drive to Patan...
Patan: Patan is also known as Lalitpur-city of fine art and architecture is said to be the one of the most beautiful medieval cities in the world. It is situated 5kms southeast of Kathmandu. This city presents the assortment of finest traditional crafts and rich artistic heritage. The major attractive places in patan are Durbar square, Mahaboudha Temple, Kumbeshwor temple, Krishna Temple, Golden Temple or Hiranya Varna Mahavihar, Mulchowk, Jagat Narayan Temple, Big Bell, Pillar of Yognarendra Malla, Hari Shanker temple, Vishwanath temple, Bhimsen temple, Marga Hiti, Mani Mandap, Café Pagoda, Rato Machhendra Temple, Minnath, Rudra Varna Mahavihar. After the wonderful sightseeing in Patan, we take a lunch in Patan then drive to Pashupatinath, one of the holiest Hindu temples of Nepal.

Pashupatinath: Pashupatinath is the holiest Hindu pilgrimage destination in Nepal, is the abode of Lord Shiva. This sacred temples lies on the bank of Holy River 5kms east of Kathmandu city. It was built in 879 A.D. However, the present temple built by King Bhupatindra malla in 1697 A.D. A gold plated roof, silver door and woodcarving of the finest quality decorate the Pagoda construction. The most interesting thing that you can see is the Hindu rituals of cremating a corpse at the bank of holy Bagmati Rivers. A peaceful place will give you an insight into one of the world’s greatest religions. Non-Hindus are strictly prohibited from entering the temple.

Then Drive to Boudhanath…
Boudhanath: Boudhanath, possibly the largest Buddhist stupa, also known as little Tibet is the site of great reverence for Himalayan Buddhist. It is lies 8 kms east of Kathmandu and has built by Lichhavis king Man Dev in the 5th century A.D. being on the old Tibet-Nepal trading route with many Tibetans living around this area, many monasteries of the different sects of Tibetan Buddhism have been built. The atmosphere of the whole place lightens up with zest as fragrance of incense drifts through the air. Chanting of monks and creaking of prayer wheels can be heard while strolling around the base. It is one of the prime sites for pilgrims and tourists in the country will give you the little glimpse of Tibet. O/N at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 03:-sightseeing in Bhaktapur
Breakfast at hotel then we drive for 35 minutes to Bhadgaun is also known as Bhaktapur is the city of Devotees. The beautiful medieval town is preserved the three medieval cities of Kathmandu valley. Bhaktapur is regarded as the abode of ancient Nepali culture, custom and alluring arts pieces of excellent artistry, pottery and weaving are its traditional industries. Each historical monument represents medieval culture, religious and custom of Nepal. Newari populace has largely dominated Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur is the only place in Nepal, which has remained untouched by western culture. Lion Gate, Golden Gate, Art Gallery, Statue of King Bhupatindra, Nyatapola Temple and fifty-five windowed Malla palaces are the living prides of Bhaktapur. It is 20kms from Kathmandu. Then at noon, we back to Kathmandu. O/N at hotel.

Day 04:-Departure to the international Airport.
