Book for all Project
Beside our aim to function as a specialist adventure and cultural tour operator, Nepal Tiger Adventure is committed and dedicated to pay back to its local community in order to enhance the social and economic status. To enrich the objective, we have emerged "Book for all" program with the Motto to provide at least primary education to those, who are deprived from primary education in local community". Nepal Tiger Adventure wants to contribute a part of its profit to support the project and also hopes to get contribution from tourists groups, individuals, national and international institutions, etc who will see to make a meaningful contribution towards local communities and country to enhance their economic and social status.
The question might be aroused why Nepal Tiger Adventure are functioning it?
Nepal is a "poor" country lagging behind in its development processes. Obviously, this is mainly due to lack of opportunities to quality education, which has resulted in unskilled and inefficient manpower, that seem either unfit or else incompetent in contributing to the development process of the country. In a country like Nepal, it is disheartening to see our kids being deprived even from the opportunity of basic education; due to extreme poverty. Kids are compelled to work in houses or restaurants as a domestic labor for food in order to get education. Most of the People in villagers are very poor and illiterate as a result they are unable and not keen to send their children to school.
Fortunately, there are numerous charity/volunteer organizations are established with single aim to help the needy children. But the pity things is such organizations are working only in major cities (i.e. kathmandu, and Pokhara) and tourist places but they have no access to remote places.
Hence we conclude that education is the only one way of improving the lives of all people, including children. With the main slogan “Let’s help for the helpless children”, having such a mission Nepal Tiger Adventure Trek established the Book for all project for those kids whose parents are found to be unable to afford their education.
We ever imagined the pain and sorrows until we become the victims of it’s and never think of giving any portions of our income to those who are in need. We feel proud of having nice cup of tea or dinner at famous restaurants but we do not think of helping to needy children. Can you imagine a cup of tea or dinner you have at famous Restaurant that would be enough to buy school materials for many kids.
If so, Why not, we donate a little portion of our income to needy children for their education.
In order to make this project wider, effective and result oriented, the Nepal Tiger Adventure Treks has been working to develop a chain of networking with aim to bring all those personalities and organizations together in a single platform that may be interested in contributing to this cause through different schemes.
